Portraits

Somehow I got fed up to use acrylic paint. It’s fast but it’s not very pleasant to use. Lately, with all the environmental pressure and with the knowledge that our society hasn’t taken the right path to be sustainable, the concept of speed isn’t so appealing. Nor the idea of acrylic being in fine just plastic. So I got back to oil painting, and I decided to embrace slow work. Anyway, that led me to do some portraits as it is a perfect exercise to enter slow painting, it takes time to do one, but not that much 😊 so it’s a slow entry in slowness.
